Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe. All donations must comply with the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000. We accept donations only from UK-permitted donors. Donations over £500 are published by the Electoral Commission.
Membership
Membership is subject to the party's constitution and rules. The party reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership in accordance with its disciplinary procedures.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and photography — is owned by or licensed to Verdant unless otherwise stated.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about completeness or accuracy. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
